Testimonials

We have always been delighted with the condition of our horses we sent to Braysdown Stables on the return to Heathhouse.

Matt & his team are brilliant at what they do. I cannot recommend them more highly.

It is always a pleasure dealing with Matt.  The horses always return looking great and he is very good at communicating when they are down with him.

I have used Matt and Fliss for a number of years now. I would highly recommend them for their outstanding care and attention to detail. They have great facilities and have done a fantastic job breaking our yearlings and bringing on our older horses. They are my first choice for breaking our own horses and that of my clients.

I can't speak highly enough of the Matt and Fliss and the facilities. We have sent a number of our racehorses there for pre-training and breaking, and the standard of care, horsemanship and attention to detail is exceptional.

The facilities are first class and provide an excellent environment for young horses to learn, develop and build confidence, as well as for older horses returning to work. Every horse is treated as an individual, and it is clear that a great deal of thought goes into both their physical and mental preparation.

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the yard to anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable and exceptionally well-run breaking and pre-training operation.

We have been extremely happy with the service that has been provided to us by Matthew Hampton and his team at Braysdown Stables. Over the past few years we have sent several yearlings to continue their education there, where they have benefitted from experienced riders and ground-staff, in a custom-built facility which is being consistently invested in. Matt has been willing and able to produce horses to our various trainers’ instruction, whom have all been pleased with the horses on arrival into their training yards.
